pitching day (003)

I was very worried about pitching today the reason for this as that if  i could get my idea forward i would have been not much in control The reason for this was that if I couldn't get my idea forward I wouldn't  be able to be in control with my overhaul mark for my BA mark So my idea had to start out from my oppression so in the end i decided   to go with the elephant trying to give up  smoking idea because its seemed the most quick and simple thing to doing for a short subject After pitch I was very surprise with the reception of my pitch I made the whole class laugh twice. it was suggested that my tutors to instead of making the the idea in to a 2 minute film  but to make it in to 5  short 20 seconds short. that would be placed in-between every  one else films as like a little tasters. I was very annoyed at this idea at the begin.  However I came around after woulds realising that it be better promotion of the idea.  The only criticism that my tutor mike said that i needed to speak louder and much clearly.

Hi my name is Russell Pointer

For my BA I am asked to work with a small group of people to try and create a short animated film. To help push an improve my skill with in my chosen work practices in the animation industry.

How to to use HDR lighting with in Maya

How to integrate stop motion animation with a computer generate environment.

I am hoping that throughout out this project I will learn a lot of new skills that will help me with in my further development,
